Digital downloads
Everything sold through the Tin Man Metal Works store is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery wait on store orders.
How you get your files: you'll receive an email right after checkout with a link to your customer center, where your files are ready to download. Delivery is instant — nothing arrives by mail.
What's included: each cut file comes as SVG, DXF, PDF, PNG and EPS, drawn to the size listed on the product page.

Returns and refunds on digital products
Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, digital sales are final.
The exception: if a file is corrupt, won't open, or isn't what the listing described, email Charles@TinManMetalWorks.com within 30 days of purchase. Tell me which file and what went wrong, and I'll either fix the file or refund you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of being approved.
The CNC Plasma Sales & Marketing Masterclass is covered separately by a 60-day money-back guarantee, which requires completing the course and submitting the assignments.
Custom and physical items
Physical metal signs and shop services are made to order.
Where a physical item is offered for sale on the site, its product page states the build time, shipping time and shipping cost before you buy. For custom work, all three are confirmed in your quote, and nothing is charged until you've seen it and agreed.
Returns on physical items: because everything is made to order, physical items can't be returned once production has started. If your item arrives damaged, or it isn't what we agreed on, email Charles@TinManMetalWorks.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. I'll repair it, remake it, or refund you — your choice. Return shipping on a damaged or incorrect item is on me.
If you need to cancel a custom order before production starts, email me and I'll refund you in full.
